About the Role

The Company is seeking a Conduct Risk Manager to join its First Line Operational Risk Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day oversight to identify and monitor potential conduct risk activities, with a focus on ensuring that outside activities and private investment transactions do not lead to conflicts of interest. This role involves serving as the primary risk manager for the Bank, acting as a point of escalation for risk issues, and supporting various conduct risk initiatives. The Conduct Risk Manager will also be expected to manage projects, monitor and report on conduct risk metrics, and collaborate with colleagues across different risk and control functions.
Applicants for the Conduct Risk Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in relevant fields such as audit, business management, legal/compliance, banking and lending product risk advisory, internal audit, or operational risk management. A strong understanding of operational risk and broad knowledge of lending and deposit product risks is essential. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships are also key qualifications. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66 is a plus.
