About the Role

The Company is seeking a Technology Product Management Group Manager with a focus on HR Data. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating global and cross-functional needs, particularly in collaboration with the Enterprise Data Office, to drive the ideal state of a mature data governance program. This role involves leading technical solution activities that contribute to the definition of the enterprise data governance strategy, data risk and control framework, and data risk taxonomy. The Group Manager will also play a critical role in the implementation of the data governance policy and will lead a team of professionals in this endeavor.

Applicants must have a comprehensive understanding of data governance, data modeling, product ownership, agile methodology, and technical project management. The role requires the ability to apply in-depth business impact analysis of technical contributions and to ensure the delivery of a full range of technical solution services to put HR data under governance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of relevant experience, significant experience in building complex business models, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technology products in a dynamic environment. First-class leadership, influencing, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to make strategic decisions and manage a team effectively. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
