Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

A top ranked accounting firm in Farmington, CT is hiring for a Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is a hybrid full-time position 3x a week in office with full benefits. This is a key hire that will help manage client relationships, review and prepare tax returns for accuracy and completeness, and support partners in managing multiple client accounts.

Required:

• 7+ years of experience working at a public accounting firm in tax or audit
• Prior experience in preparing and reviewing personal or business tax returns
• Experience mentoring, managing, or supervising staff members
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in either audit or assurance
• Hybrid 3x a week in office work schedule
