Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Located near Hartford, CT our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this industry leader. The Division Sales Manager will be a very visible position, responsible for leading sales teams and achieving goals across the US & Canada. Our client offers a competitive base salary along with bonus, car allowance, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance. Additional Responsibilities: Create maintenance strategies with customers to promote additional services, driving repair opportunities Travel to customer sites to identify issues and provide support, creating sales Cultivate sales and customer relationships with key customers Supervise and create annual budgets for Account and Regional Managers, driving KPI’s across all sites The Ideal Candidate will have: Associates Degree required or related experience Experience in reliability work, project management, field service work or machine design for manufacturing Aerospace experience preferred Managerial experience in a manufacturing work environment and knowledge of ERP systems Ability to travel 50% of the time If interested, please apply and/or submit your resume directly to jpierson@dizariosearch.com.
