Job Description
Role Overview:
- We are seeking seasoned, professional accountants with a flair for finance and accounting process reengineering and process mapping.
- The ideal candidate should be willing to continuously learn and document new processes within domains like R2R, P2P, O2C, and reporting.
- We need problem solvers who can interpret vague instructions, handle uncertainty, and question the status quo.
- Experience in process assessment, process mapping, and gap analysis is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the clients A&C team to understand current processes, define objectives, manage handoffs, and assess risks of process failure.
- Define and document processes based on minimal instructions, utilizing knowledge of accounting and understanding of process objectives.
- Facilitate the timely and accurate transition of accounting processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, and reporting) to offshore shared services teams.
- Enhance process robustness by incorporating quality checks such as control totals.
