Development Officer
The Development Officer will serve the long-term needs of Pensacola Christian College by building relationships and planned (legacy) giving programs for all constituents including alumni, friends, and affiliate partners (e.g., Rejoice in the Lord viewers and Rejoice Radio listeners).
Strategize
Provide leadership for the design, implementation, and execution of a planned (legacy) giving program. Organize and promote estate planning seminars and clinics to assist donors in setting up annuities, wills, and trusts.
Research
Work with the President and his leadership team in identifying, researching, and cultivating potential benefactors among friends, alumni, and ministry partners. Collaborate with leadership to develop programs that reflect the college's priorities and fit donor interests.
Interact and Engage
Manage prospect portfolios in an organized and disciplined manner. Meet with, solicit, and close gifts from donors with input from the team regarding the cultivation and development of prospects.
Communicate
Embrace and articulate the mission of Pensacola Christian College and possess a strong understanding of its programs. Master the story of PCC as the miracle work of God and use it to motivate potential donors to invest in a ministry that is having an eternal impact.
