BILLING SPECIALIST / ACCOUNT MANAGER: The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of their assigned accounts, including understanding work order management and invoicing needs of external customers. They collaborate with internal teams to meet these needs.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Support field operations by managing daily activities such as confirming work performed, invoicing customers accurately, and paying service providers accurately.
  2. Coordinate with Quality Assurance Managers and company representatives to reconcile work orders before invoicing.
  3. Manage night cleaning invoicing and subcontractor payments as scheduled.
  4. Facilitate setup of new customers and subcontractors in Corrigo.
  5. Maintain tracking and analysis files, participate in month-end data integrity reviews, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, contract management systems, and Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in invoicing within a service company is preferred but not required.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop rapport and strong relationships with customers and accounts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Education/Certification:

  • Associate's Degree or higher.

Additional Details:

  • Mid-Senior level, full-time position in the Accounting/Auditing and Finance sector within Facilities Services.
