Busser

Hello!
Ghost Isle Brewery is looking multiple bussers!!! We have a great team and positive attitude all around! The position is hourly + TIPS! We are hiring ASAP!
Duties & Responsibilities

• Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.
• Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash from the facility.
• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
• Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables
• Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners
• Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table
• Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy
• Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day
• Sweeping under & around tables and everywhere else
• Taking out Garbage
• Minimal mopping
