Clinical Nurse Manager, San Jose, CA

Our client helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. The Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for the delivery of high-quality ambulatory clinic care, including maintaining efficient clinic operations. Under the direction of the Clinical Services Director (CSD), the Clinical Nurse Manager organizes and directs the day-to-day operations within the clinic, oversees the clinic staff, and coordinates clinic workflows to ensure effective clinical services. Essential Job Duties

Operate a high-performing, well-equipped, and safe clinic, ensuring workflow efficiency, clarity, and adherence to protocols. Hire, retain, coach, develop, supervise, and ensure engagement and health of RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other clinic team members. Analyze data for trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities; perform root cause analysis; evaluate care delivery processes; and recommend changes to strategies, workflows, and policies to improve clinic operations.
