Created Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs) while analyzing source metadata and schema documents to understand historical decisions and existing MDM solution architecture. Identified, analyzed, and resolved complex data issues across multiple environments using data and dimensional modeling tools. Worked with Informatica and other ETL tools to support data reconciliation, standardization, cleansing, and mapping activities for data translation and transformation. Collaborated closely with HHS subject matter experts and technical teams to model both as-is and to-be process flows that incorporate HHS master data. Designed logical and physical models for MDM databases using tools such as SQL Developer and Snowflake. Created data statistics scorecards to assess data source trustworthiness and performed attribute profiling using Excel and PowerPivot. Developed training materials and demonstration content to support both existing users and potential internal partners in adopting enhanced MDM functionality. Demonstrated strong SQL skills by writing queries and working with large datasets in relational database environments. Used JIRA for task tracking and collaborated with Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization. Applied working knowledge of SQL queries, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access in daily operations. Built and maintained reports, dashboards, and key metrics while monitoring the integrity and accuracy of reported data. Gained a deep understanding of internal data sources, collection methods, and pipeline structures to support robust data analysis.
