Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Organizational Change Manager
to lead and execute change management strategies across enterprise-level initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring successful adoption of people, process, and technology changes through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management principles and a proven ability to influence across organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities: Change Planning & Execution:
Define and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct impact assessments and recommend appropriate engagement strategies. Deliver across all change domains including stakeholder engagement, readiness, communication, training, and reinforcement. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, program teams, and functional leaders. Partner with Field Readiness, Enablement, and Business Change Management (BCM) teams to ensure cohesive change execution. Collaborate across business and IT teams to drive alignment and support. Communication & Training:
Design and execute communication strategies using a variety of formats such as email, PowerPoint, videos, and infographics. ssess training needs and support the development of training content to ensure user readiness. Continuous Improvement:
Leverage feedback and lessons learned to refine change plans. dapt strategies based on evolving business requirements and program developments. Metrics & Reporting:
Establish, monitor, and report on key change indicators including adoption rates and readiness metrics. Post-Implementation Support:
Provide ongoing support post-deployment through training updates, office hours, and communication checkpoints.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management. Demonstrated experience managing change involving people, processes, and technology. Strong grasp of change management methodologies and principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-with experience across various mediums (email, newsletters, PPT, video). Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams, including business and IT stakeholders. Experience planning stakeholder engagement and driving end-user adoption. Strong analytical skills to assess readiness and measure success. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications:
Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially for visual storytelling. Intermediate to advanced graphic design capabilities. Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Wiki platforms). Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-level programs. Exposure to change enablement platforms/tools.
