Customer Service Office Coordinator , you will play a vital role in our success and help us achieve our goals. Why Join Us? Your Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Home Furnishings Consultant (HFC) and/or Selling Assistant to ensure all procedures are followed professionally and courteously. Attend sales meetings as directed by supervision. Discuss payment options with customers, including financing plans. Access orders via the POS system to generate customer invoices. Work with customers to choose the best delivery date to meet their needs. Resolve delivery date issues by partnering with the HFC, Selling Assistant, or Manager. Assist customers who may be hesitant in their purchase decisions by exploring alternatives. Confirm delivery details with customers and liaise with the Warehouse team for specifics. Address any issues that arise by collaborating with management. Adhere to all established office standards, store policies, and procedures accurately and promptly. Qualifications for Success: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 1-3 years of office experience in a retail environment, preferably in furniture. Prior customer service experience in retail or a call center is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer issue resolution. Strong customer service orientation and a desire to exceed expectations. Ability to lead others effectively in similar roles. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills. Organized with strong follow-through abilities. Maintain a pleasant, courteous, and professional attitude. Team player dedicated to success.
