Monday to Friday (Hybrid - 3 set days in-office, 2 days remote) Hours:
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Salary:
$60,000-$65,000 per year
What You'll Do: Revise and update internal distribution lists for onboarding and offboarding processes. Review and process insurance invoices and weekly EDI files. Draft communications such as COBRA letters. Review vendor invoices and process payments. Enter and maintain accurate data in the HRIS system. Organize and maintain electronic personnel records. Support internal and external events by managing logistics, including booking conference rooms and catering. Scan and file original signed documents, including correspondence, into the document management system. Generate offer letters for legal and professional staff. Schedule and coordinate interviews for professional staff candidates. Prepare recruiting placement agreements, track agreements, and process recruiting invoices. Collaborate with professional staff, fostering strong teamwork and a positive attitude. Perform additional related tasks as assigned. What You'll Bring: 1-2 years of office experience (HR experience is a plus). Experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with benefits and employee plans for mid-size organizations. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Typing speed of at least 65 WPM. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time. Willingness to work overtime as necessary. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
