3+ years

of substantive

civil

litigation

experience, including

commercial ,

professional liability ,

products liability ,

construction defect ,

insurance defense ,

workers compensation ,

class actions ,

torts ,

breach of contract/warranty , and/or

personal injury (link removed)>

Labor & employment experience is

advantageous (link removed)>

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating

initiative

and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas.

Manage cases

from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on

and
