Strong background in
defending directors and officers
of
not-for-profit corporations (link removed)>
Experience handling claims related to
professional negligence ,
breach of fiduciary duty ,
discrimination ,
harassment ,
breach of contract , and

Skilled in negotiating resolutions for disputes between
owners
and
boards of directors (link removed)>
Familiarity with Illinois statutes governing community associations and
governing documents
such as
Declarations ,

Key Responsibilities:
Represent condominium and homeowner associations in litigation and governance matters.
Defend claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, contract disputes, and discrimination allegations.
Provide legal guidance on governing documents and regulatory compliance.
Negotiate and resolve disputes between community boards and homeowners.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex community association litigation matters.
