Position Title: Team member (DM / Manager) for Payable Accounting Main Responsibilities Fundamental knowledge of payables accounting principles, accounting standards and tax laws in compliance with applicable statutory requirements. Review and processing payments of invoices through Accounts Payable (AP Module) of ERP/SAP. For payment documents received from Business Users, ensuring completeness and adequacy of supporting documents as per internal control standards and compliance with respect to GST & TDS and other applicable statutory compliances like MSME, etc. Processing & documentation for foreign payments like ocean freight. Monthly and quarterly AP closing activities in compliance with applicable accounting standards including preparation of required schedules and getting the statutory and internal audit done for all assigned work areas. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the team. Position Level: DM / Manager (Payable Module) Reporting to Departmental Head DPM (O2C) Required Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Work Accountant (CWA) with at least 3 to 7 years of experience. Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Work Accountant (CWA) with at least 12 to 15 years of experience. Fundamental knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws (GST and income tax). Hands-on experience of operating AP module of ERP system (Oracle/ SAP). Good knowledge of ERP and advanced Excel with a focus on automation and digitalization.
