A growing security camera service company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to build, lead, and grow its sales team. This leadership role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, developing sales strategies, and coaching team members to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities Include:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
