ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of CrewNet within the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Crew Experience to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow Employee Center Pro. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the CrewNet development team. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support knowledge transfer and skill development for the CrewNet team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and CrewNet functionalities. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ServiceNow development and implementation. Qualifications
ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience. Implementing Employee Center Pro for an enterprise intranet/multi-department portal with news, announcements, org charts, employee profiles, integrated AI search (including indexing and taxonomy configuration), knowledge articles, case management, virtual agent, etc.
