ServiceNow HRSD Consultant
ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) contractor needed with mid-to-expert level ServiceNow experience, including both System Administrator and Application Developer certifications. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Employee Service Center (ESC) Professional, HR Case Management and Knowledge Management, and other HRSD modules to meet specific business requirements, align with HR technology principals and provide a good employee/user experience. Key responsibilities include participating in the full software development life cycle, designing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs, collaborating with HR stakeholders, performing system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting, documenting technical specifications, system configurations, and development activities, and providing technical support and guidance. Requirements include 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resources case management, 3+ years of product development experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product, strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, proficiency in ServiceNow development, familiarity with integration best practices, experience with Agile development methodologies, and excellent communication skills.
