Interview Process:
MS Teams IV with Sr BSAs MS Teams IV with Director Client is looking for a junior - mid level Business System Analyst to join the team at one of their healthcare clients located on the west coast. This is a fully remote opportunity and a long term contract! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, specifically in the website, ecommerce, and digital systems space.
Must-Have Skills:
2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Experience with websites, ecommerce systems, or digital systems in a Business System Analyst capacity
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal/written communication skills Problem solving skills
Daily Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering : Work with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers to understand and document business needs, technical requirements, and functional specifications for website or eCommerce projects. User Story Creation:
Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams in the design and build phases. Testing and Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to perform user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and ensure that all project deliverables meet requirements before launch. Defect Management:
Identify, document, and prioritize defects or bugs found during testing and assist in their resolution, ensuring that fixes align with business requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the business's digital platforms are aligned with end-user needs and overall business goals. Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for requirements, user stories, testing scenarios, and defect resolutions to ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
