Key Responsibilities: Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families, creating a welcoming environment. Provide individualized outpatient therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys. Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care. Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly and responsibly. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists for holistic mental health care. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Possession of a provisional license per state regulations, if required. Strong dedication to ongoing professional development and high-quality care. Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with clients.
