Key Responsibilities: Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families, creating a welcoming atmosphere for diverse backgrounds. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, addressing each client's unique needs and fostering resilience. Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that empower clients throughout their mental health journeys. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance overall client care. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, maintaining high professional standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists, to offer a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Provisional license as required by state regulations. Strong educational background leading to professional licensing. Passion for mental health and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health, including access to supervision and continuing education. Desire to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Strong commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
