Job Description

Role Purpose: The Digital Platform Product Owner will lead product ownership for the Trialing Process ecosystem, and collaborate with other product owners to ensure platform features meet the needs of all product teams and deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.
Accountabilities:
Serve as a decision-maker for scope and prioritization.
Stakeholder mapping and drive platform product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and iterative improvement based on user feedback and KPIs.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Trialing Process ecosystem
Advocate for platform usability, to foster internal adoption and reduce time to market for new products.
Ensure effective prioritization of features and enhancements across all related systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
Coordinate with IT, analytics, and data science teams to implement technical solutions
Drive continuous improvement in Seeds Material Management and Inventory processes
Qualifications: Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Agriculture, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or program ownership
5+ years of experience in agricultural technology or related field
Advanced knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
Understanding of agricultural research processes, particularly in seed trialing
Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
Knowledge of data collection tools and technologies
Strong project management skills, including resource allocation and timeline management
Proven track record of successful stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
