Description Medical Group Practices Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 38642 Summary: For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Representatives! Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. The Patient Service Representative - Adult Specialty Care role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. Part-time, 16 hours per week Onsite in Portland, ME Day shift; flexible scheduling between 8:00AM-4:30PM Infectious disease & hepatology https://www.mainehealth.org/locations/mainehealth-adult-specialty-care-gilman-st-portland Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
