Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document detailed business requirements that drive impactful solutions.
Analyze and map current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
Design and maintain clear, comprehensive process models and documentation to support business operations and decision-making.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
Lead collaborative workshops and meetings, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, assess, and document project risks and issues, proactively contributing to mitigation strategies.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope that aligns with strategic goals.
Support system development and testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Deliver training and provide hands-on support during system rollouts and post-implementation phases.
Contribute to the evaluation and selection of software and systems, ensuring the best fit for business objectives.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a business analyst.
Engineering, IT, or STEM background is a plus.
Proven experience with Excel (expert or near-expert level).
Familiarity with SharePoint tools.
Project coordination and support.
Organized, with good communication skills.
Experience with governance and IT standards.
Experience with IT capital investments and enhancements.
