Amentum is seeking a dynamic and agile

Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)

to contribute specialized technical, regional, and functional expertise to the analysis and interpretation of critical data. The successful candidate will develop intelligence products and analytic assessments in support of U.S. Army-Pacific's (USARPAC) Intelligence Directorate at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, directly impacting Theater Army intelligence collection efforts.

As a SIGINT TDNA specialist, you will be a key member of an intelligence team, responsible for providing in-depth analysis of digital network communications within the SIGINT domain, with a focus on their structure, protocols, and associated metadata within the Pacific AOR. You will perform signals identification and exploitation of digital network data using advanced SIGINT systems, databases, and analytical techniques, and you will analyze the resulting intelligence within a network-centric framework. This includes correlating signals intelligence with network topologies, communication patterns, and cyber activities to understand the operational environment and identify potential vulnerabilities. You will also be generating time-sensitive intelligence reports, alerts, and briefings that provide both signals intelligence analysis and digital network context to support tactical and strategic decision-making by Combatant Command and Army leadership as well as operational units.

Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with intelligence personnel across disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, Cyber, and All-Source analysts, to produce integrated intelligence assessments that combine signals intelligence with digital network intelligence, cyber threat information, and other relevant information. You will be actively monitoring digital network activity and the electromagnetic environment in the Pacific theater, identifying emerging trends, potential vulnerabilities, and significant network communication patterns. You will be adhering to strict security protocols and procedures to safeguard classified information and maintain operational security. Contributing to the refinement of analysis methodologies, digital network analysis techniques, and associated tools to improve team performance, and providing direct intelligence support to real-world military operations, training exercises, and crisis response efforts in the Pacific.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of digital network communications within the SIGINT domain, focusing on protocols, traffic patterns, and network behavior to support intelligence objectives.

Identify and analyze the technical characteristics of digital network signals, including their structure, protocols, addressing schemes, and data content, to determine network functions and vulnerabilities.

Evaluate, analyze, and document the network environment of assigned accesses, emphasizing network topologies, communication pathways, and data flow patterns.

Produce detailed reports and briefings that accurately convey the findings of digital network analyses, including network activity summaries, potential exploitation vectors, and indications and warnings.

Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments that provide actionable intelligence and network context, supporting targeting, mission planning, and cyber operations.

Use a comprehensive understanding of SIGINT collection platforms and network analysis tools to combine information from various sources, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Cyber Intelligence, and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).

Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous intelligence coverage and real-time network analysis of digital communications.

Maintain a high level of proficiency in COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT analysis and digital network exploitation techniques through the application of best practices.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience using Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) and Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) analytic techniques.

Experience using Analysis and Production tools such as Haven, DX TP, IDS, GV.

Experience researching, developing, and analyzing target networks.

Ability to work flexible hours to meet mission requirements.

An active Top Secret/SCI with CI poly is required. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of focused SIGINT experience or HS diploma/GED and 6+ years of focused SIGINT experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Experience working in an NSA facility or COCOM (CENTCOM, EUCOM, INDOPACOM, AFRICOM).

Experience authoring and editing product reports.

Completion of a military service MOS 35N/AFSC/NOS or IC tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course.

Military Cryptologic Continuing Education Program phase II-IV.

The salary range for this position is $110K to $130K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
