All-Source (Fusion) Analyst
Amentum is seeking a dynamic and agile All-Source (Fusion) Analyst to provide advanced analytical support in a dynamic, operational environment. This role focuses on intelligence analysis, operational mission management, and intelligence collection management to support Theater Army intelligence collection efforts in U.S. Army-Pacifics (USARPAC) Intelligence Directorate at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. *This posting is part of our ongoing talent pipeline. As an All-Source Fusion Analyst, you will be an essential part of an intelligence team, responsible for fusing and analyzing information from various intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT) to develop comprehensive intelligence assessments focused on identifying and characterizing potential threats and activities of interest within the Pacific AOR. You will utilize advanced all-source analysis tools, databases, and analytical techniques to correlate data, establish linkages, and provide context. You will also be generating time-sensitive intelligence reports, alerts, and briefings to support tactical and strategic decision-making by Combatant Command and Army leadership as well as operational units. Your duties will further include collaborating extensively with other intelligence disciplines and analysts, including SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT, to produce integrated, predictive, and actionable intelligence products. You will be actively monitoring the threat landscape in the Pacific theater, identifying emerging trends, patterns, and potential vulnerabilities across multiple domains. You will be adhering to strict security protocols and procedures to safeguard classified information and maintain operational security. Contributing to the refinement of all-source analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance the team's overall effectiveness, and providing direct intelligence support to real-world military operations, training exercises, and crisis response efforts in the Pacific. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth all-source intelligence analysis, integrating data from diverse sources to address intelligence gaps and answer Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). Identify and analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies across multiple intelligence disciplines, including but not limited to Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). Evaluate, analyze, and document the reliability, credibility, and validity of information from various sources to assess its relevance and contribution to intelligence products. Produce detailed intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments that synthesize complex information, provide context, and offer actionable insights. Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments that anticipate future events, identify potential threats, and support situational awareness for decision-makers. Use a comprehensive understanding of collection platforms, intelligence databases, and analytical tools to fuse information from various sources and create integrated intelligence products. Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous intelligence coverage. Maintain a high level of proficiency in all-source intelligence analysis methodologies and tools through the application of best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of experience in participating in all-source operational environments, analysis and production, or collection management as a trained Army 35F or branch equivalent Experience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, especially working with Asian nations order of battle and ground domain awareness Ability to provide shift work support An active Top Secret/SCI is required. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance HS diploma or GED and 11 years of total work experience, Associate's Degree and 9 years of total work experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of total work experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers Experience with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products in support of pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and/or targeting Experience with intelligence software, such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or other relevant tools Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, and associated data and tools Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Certification The salary range for this position is $110K to $130K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
