Position Summary We are in search of a skilled and strategic Lead Salesforce Solution Architect to spearhead the design and execution of sophisticated, scalable Salesforce solutions. This pivotal role merges technical acumen with strategic vision to ensure technology aligns with business objectives and Salesforce best practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, working closely with stakeholders to identify needs and craft effective solutions. As a vital member of our Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will influence enterprise architecture and explore the latest Salesforce innovations across various industries. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in Salesforce architecture and development, exemplary leadership capabilities, and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to varied audiences. This role offers significant influence and exposure throughout the organization, allowing you to shape Salesforce strategy and drive innovation. The Lead Salesforce Solution Architect will play a crucial role in transforming business operations through technology-driven customer engagement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support architectural governance and compliance while contributing to establish principles, guidelines, and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals. Evaluate and select the appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Take an active role in analyzing technology trends, impacts, and vendor assessments. Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions that fulfill business requirements. Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into solution designs. Develop architectural blueprints in collaboration with product owners and managers, defining integration approaches and ensuring interoperability. Provide guidance and support to development teams during implementation efforts. Manage the architecture across a broader scope of projects and develop evolution roadmaps. Steer Salesforce implementations across multiple projects or large, complex initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic direction and mentorship to Salesforce team members. Conduct assessments of clients' current Salesforce use and produce findings reports, solution roadmaps, and actionable recommendations. Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and functional requirements. Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solutions and inform project design. Document secure and scalable data models across Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, and Manufacturing Cloud. Oversee configuration, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and release management. Support user story development by defining and documenting success criteria. Participate in solution reviews and recommend improvements in architecture and performance. Act as a release manager for Salesforce environments, aligning deployments with DevOps best practices. Contribute to project planning and estimating efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant architecture experience required. Preferred Salesforce Solution Architecture Track certifications. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC) required. Experience in architecting solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes is preferred. Experience leading large-scale CRM or Member Services implementations and data migration/integration activities is preferred. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant architecture experience needed.
