Senior Project Manager

to lead complex renovation and new construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing fast-paced interior buildouts, adaptive reuse, and ground-up developments, with the ability to manage client expectations while delivering on time and within budget. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Construction and serves as a key leader within the operations team. Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle of construction projects including design collaboration, estimating, subcontractor buyout, project execution, and closeout. Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee project schedules using tools like MS Project, ensuring timely execution of all phases. Manage all project documentation, including subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting notes. Maintain job cost control and oversee billing processes in coordination with accounting. Visit job sites regularly to ensure quality, safety, and progress benchmarks are met. Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for owners and consultants. Mentor and support junior project managers, assistant PMs, and coordinators. Qualifications 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a focus on tenant improvements, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. Proven experience in both interior renovations and ground-up builds. Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance across multiple projects. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred. OSHA 30-hour certification preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance-Based Bonuses paid on a semi-annual basis Auto Allowance: $500/month with company gas card 401(k): 3% company match 15 Days of Paid Vacation + 10 Company Holidays Healthcare: Comprehensive benefits package through Blue Cross Blue Shield, employees eligible immediately.
