supporting a critical Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) program office. Shape the future of defense intelligence services by bridging customer needs with operational excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

What You'll Do

Drive Service Excellence

Design and execute streamlined processes for Service Agreements that capture customer requirements and ensure cost-effective delivery

Serve as the vital link between the Program Office, stakeholders, and customers to optimize service delivery

Maintain comprehensive Service Agreement libraries and provide executive-level status reporting

Lead Customer Success

Partner with account managers to translate complex customer requirements into actionable solutions

Support invoice generation and cost recovery activities while ensuring full regulatory compliance

Champion process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains

Excel in a Dynamic Role

Leverage cutting-edge Program Office software to manage portfolio costs and performance

Thrive in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications: Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI Polygraph

10+ years of professional experience (DoD/Intelligence Community background highly preferred)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels

Proven ability to prioritize and execute under pressure

Strong customer service orientation with creative problem-solving abilities

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office productivity tools

Experience with ServiceNow and/or Proven Optics preferred

Adaptability to learn new software systems quickly
