Director of Nursing
to oversee our health services! In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage clinical leaders, ensuring quality care delivery and effective case management within the framework of our company policies and regulations, as well as adherence to state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will reside within a
60-minute drive of Aurora, IN
and must hold an active RN license. Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct a team of Nurse Case Managers to provide safe and effective home care services. Oversee fiscal responsibilities and performance improvement activities within the region. Manage client referrals and assess the agency's capacity to meet service needs. Regularly meet with clinical teams to provide guidance and support. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain clinical documentation standards. Educate staff on clinical services and promote policy adherence. Collaborate with community health professionals to enhance resource availability. Engage in performance evaluations, hiring processes, and staff development. Monitor and analyze data to improve overall service quality and operational efficiency. Promote a culture of safety and address environmental risks proactively. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Current RN license without restrictions. BSN or MSN preferred. Minimum of five years of nursing experience in home care or a related field. Three years of management experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Knowledge of home care regulations and reimbursement systems. Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. The competitive salary range for this position is USD $87,800 - $131,300 per year, based on various factors including location and experience.
