Your mission will be to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality in financial and regulatory reporting processes. You will engage with various teams to revolutionize global workflows using state-of-the-art data analytics and AI tools. Key responsibilities include analyzing potential solutions, optimizing business processes, and spearheading transformative initiatives across multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, a passion for effecting change, and the capacity to excel both independently and collaboratively. Applicants should have 6-10 years of experience in data or business analytics, banking consultancy, or comparable complex projects, with a focus on financial data and a foundational understanding of financial instruments. Proficiency in SQL tools and a basic understanding of Python are advantageous. You will need to be an analytical professional with excellent communication skills, adept at negotiating and influencing stakeholders at various levels, and possess a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, econometrics, or mathematics is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
