What You’ll Do
As a Powder Coating Technician, you’ll play a key role in our finishing process by:
Rotating between paint line loading, unloading, and powder coating stations
Spraying powder coat paint onto metal parts with precision and consistency
Conducting quality inspections to ensure smooth, even application
Racking and unracking metal components properly for the painting process
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Bring
At least 6 months of painting experience (powder coating preferred — we’ll train!)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle metal parts safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience in industrial painting or construction is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
