Responsibilities as a Residential Care Provider

Deliver personalized in-home care that promotes independence and comfort

Monitor client health to reduce hospital re-admissions

Foster a safe and nurturing home environment

Encourage social engagement and life enrichment activities

Build strong relationships with clients and families

Accurately complete care tasks and documentation

Follow individualized care plans and professional guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

Must pass a South Carolina SLED background check (no felony or certain misdemeanor convictions)

At least one year of experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals

CNA/HHA/PCA certification or equivalent experience preferred

Proof of current TB testing required

Strong communication and documentation skills

Compassionate, punctual, and reliable caregiver mindset

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
