Bachelor's Level = $24.04 - $28.85 per hour Master's Level Unlicensed = $27.89 - $33.47 per hour Master's Level Licensed = $31.75 - 38.09 per hour All levels based on relevant years of experience

Full time, 40 hours per week Hours:
overnight: Wednesday and Thursday 7PM-7:30AM, Friday 8PM-7:30AM, every other Saturday 8:30PM-7AM Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials of $7 per hour are available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Role Overview: As a vital member of the Mobile Crisis team, you will provide essential support to individuals during behavioral health crises. Your role will involve delivering services to those whose needs cannot be safely met in the community or in less restrictive settings, including clients who may require longer-term respite care. This position includes cross-training and coverage across multiple programs and sites, such as Garcia House, Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Mobile Response Services, and the Crisis Stabilization Unit. Essential Duties: Conduct ongoing crisis assessments, utilize crisis intervention techniques, perform de-escalation strategies, create safety plans, and maintain clinical records for clients with varying levels of mental health and/or substance use disorders. Observe and assess clients in various situations; assess mental status and develop treatment plans. Offer case management services to help clients achieve their goals as outlined in their service/treatment plans. Refer clients to additional supportive services such as vocational training, medical care, and housing resources. Provide crisis intervention via telephone and in-person, de-escalating crisis situations, assessing risks of harm, and arranging necessary resources. Support clients in enhancing their well-being and quality of life through behavioral skills training, informing their choices, developing coping skills, and assisting with daily living tasks. Accurately document treatment plans, progress reports, notes, and case management records, adhering to protocols set forth by Quality Assurance and third-party payors. Maintain collaborative relationships with community agencies and services while implementing treatment and recovery plans. Required: Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field from an accredited institution. Over two years of experience in mental health programs and applications. Highly Desired: Master's degree in a Human Services-related field from an accredited institution. Experience coordinating mental health services across agencies. Bilingual/bi-cultural candidates preferred. Additional Requirement - Longview Campus: This position requires a mandatory background check through the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) TRAILS database for any substantiated cases of child abuse or neglect. This applies to all staff at Longview Campus due to its provision of adolescent treatment services. Opportunities exist within our team-based model to engage in company-sponsored training programs, obtain certifications (such as CAT or CAS), and learn from experienced colleagues. SummitStone provides clinical supervision toward licensure at no cost to employees and reimburses licensure fees.
