Status:
Full time, 40 hours per week Hours:
Overnight shifts: Wednesday and Thursday 7PM-7:30AM, Friday 8PM-7:30AM, every other Saturday 8:30PM-7AM Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are available for evenings, nights ($7 per hour), weekends, and holidays. Role Overview:
As part of the Mobile Crisis team, you will play a crucial role in delivering vital support to individuals in behavioral health crises. You will provide services to individuals whose needs cannot be safely managed in the community or in less restrictive settings, including those potentially requiring longer-term respite care. Your responsibilities may include cross-training and covering multiple programs and locations. Essential Duties: Conduct ongoing crisis assessments, implement crisis intervention techniques, de-escalate situations, and maintain clinical records and reporting data for clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Observe and assess clients in various situations, formulate treatment plans, and perform case management to assist them in meeting their goals. Provide crisis intervention support via telephone and in-person, assessing risks and creating safety plans. Help clients enhance their quality of life by teaching behavioral skills, coping strategies, and assisting with daily living tasks. Document treatment processes, progress notes, and any necessary communication with third parties. Collaborate effectively with community agencies to execute combined treatment and recovery plans. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field from an accredited institution. More than two years of experience in the mental health field. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a Human Services field. Experience coordinating mental health intervention plans with other agencies. Bilingual/bi-cultural candidates are highly preferred. Additional Requirement:
