As a
Senior Project Manager , you’ll lead execution of complex projects, serve as a trusted advisor, and mentor internal teams, shaping our technical and business approach in water. Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, and delivery of large engineering projects. Oversee project execution, balancing scope, schedule, and budget. Expand key client relationships, participate in business development and negotiations. Facilitate project meetings, ensure team and stakeholder alignment. Navigate regulatory environments, represent HDR with permitting agencies. Develop project documentation and technical reports. Manage project financials, monitor budgets, forecast, and allocate resources. Collaborate with finance and leadership to meet financial goals. Mentor staff, fostering growth and excellence. Support strategic planning and operational improvements. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering 10+ years related experience At least 5 years project management experience PE or P.Eng license Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project Leadership, business development, strategic planning skills Active participant in our employee-owned culture Our Culture and Benefits

The salary range is $116,000 - $231,000, depending on experience and location. Primary Location: United States-Nebraska-Omaha. Multiple other locations available across the U.S. Industry: Water.
