BOCA restaurant in Marin is looking for an organized, goal-oriented, high energy GM to join our team. Salary of 75K-90K plus bonus and Kaiser health insurance.
Restaurant General Manager will be an integral part of our vision and standards set forth by ownership on a day to day basis. Minimum 5 years upscale restaurant management experience. Very competitive salary and bonus, Kaiser insurance and dining benefits at all our restaurants.
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Hiring and training staff
Handling scheduling of all FOH on a weekly basis
Ordering, receiving, and keeping inventory of beer, wine, and liquor
Being in charge cash flow of the restaurant day to day
Conflict resolution, whether it be guests or staff
Performing proper opening and closing procedures daily
Upholding high service standards at all times
Cost control on labor day in and day out
Motivate and maintain a positive and energetic work environment
Qualifications
5 year experience in management in the restaurant industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient at Excel.
Excellent customer service skills.
