Our team synthesizes data to provide analytics and insights into the 340B program and pharmaceutical supply chain. Position Overview
This role is within HAP Tech’s Strategy & Policy team, focusing on 340B-related advisory work and education for pharmaceutical manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing healthcare datasets and a desire to develop expertise in this specialized area. Responsibilities
Use analytical tools and models to develop solutions and insights. Create analyses and financial models from transactional or healthcare claims data. Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy of work. Support various project segments and prepare reports and presentations. Collaborate within a team and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Develop expertise in the pharmaceutical supply chain and 340B program. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, healthcare policy, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare. Strong technical skills in at least one programming language (SQL, SAS, R, etc.). Excellent communication skills. Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail. Basic understanding of healthcare payer types and pharmaceutical supply chain players. Legal right to work in the U.S. required. Salary range: $70,000 - $150,000 depending on experience. About BRG
