Overview
HAP Tech, a subgroup of BRG’s Healthcare Analytics practice (HAP), is one of the firm’s largest and fastest growing teams. This innovative group supports and advises pharmaceutical manufacturers on the 340B program and other areas of the healthcare ecosystem. The team leads in data and technology solutions for 340B-related issues, serving a client base that includes large pharmaceutical manufacturers and early-stage biotech companies. Through syndicated solutions and data synthesis, the team delivers analytics and insights into aspects of the 340B program and the pharmaceutical supply chain. The Product Success Analyst position requires highly motivated problem solvers with strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and initiative. The ideal candidate demonstrates critical thinking, a eagerness to learn, and solid verbal and written communication skills. This role provides broad-based data support across business units, products, and services to internal and external audiences. Job title and compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
Leverage large data sets to support data investigations for external users and internal teams across products and services.
Apply critical thinking and use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to identify problems and develop solutions.
Deliver front-line support to platform users and clients through thoughtful and direct communication.
Identify patterns across data sets to recognize trends in user engagement and make product improvement recommendations.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide training knowledge via presentations, interactive modules, or hands-on demonstrations.
Execute test plan procedures to ensure configurations adhere to a specific rule set.
Support project or product initiatives within client implementations and practice-wide roll outs.
Demonstrate flexible thinking, adjust to deadlines, and learn new applications to support day-to-day functions.
Operate within a highly visible team that prioritizes assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with an understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development, or data analysis.
Strong technical skills for independently executing complex data analytics in SQL, R, or Python.
Knowledge of market research methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and competitor analysis.
2+ years of SQL, R, or Python experience with a focus in data analytics; interest in growing these skills and training others.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to producing high-quality analysis with attention to detail.
Desire to work within a team environment.
Salary Range: 80,000 - 115,000
Additional Requirements Candidate must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
