Summary
The Director of Regional Business Development/Hospital Liaison is responsible for overseeing strategic vision, operational marketing, customer relations, and management of census activities within the territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee, prepare, distribute, and audit Action Plans for each building in the assigned territory.
- Conduct monthly marketing meetings; update and share Action Plans accordingly.
- Maintain knowledge of facility admissions requirements, services, and policies.
- Develop and implement marketing programs to increase census and community awareness.
- Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and departmental marketing policies.
- Schedule quarterly meetings with hospital partners and develop physician relationships.
- Organize physician roundtable dinners and identify specialty programs for each building.
- Manage liaisons, referral logs, and field activities; develop relationships with hospital leadership.
- Create census action plans and ensure proper collateral and equipment are available.
- Coordinate with leadership to develop long-term census strategies.
- Serve as liaison to staff and external professionals; perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 2+ years in a similar role, with success in relationship management and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to make presentations.
- Travel required within the territory.
Physical Demands
- Ability to move throughout the workday, cope with stress, and work independently.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
