BC/BE | Locum or Full-Time | Rural IHS Facility

We are actively seekingBoard Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a dedicated clinical team inChinle, Arizona , serving a rural Native American population at an IHS hospital. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a well-supported environment with a strong provider group.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Chinle, AZ
• Pay Rate: $300-$325 per hour
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day, Swing, Night)
• ED Volume: Approx. 20k annual visits
• Position Type: Locums, Full-Time, or Part-Time/Contract
• Work Setting: IHS Hospital
• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• 2:00 PM 2:00 AM
• 8:00 PM 8:00 AM

Support Staff:

APPs provide backup for low-acuity/Urgent Care cases with ideal shift times:

• PA/NP staff on-site for Urgent Care/low-acuity cases
• 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM 12:00 AM
• Note: APP coverage is available, but current contract approval is for physicians only.
• 100% Malpractice coverage provided

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active DEA
• Current ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Intubation experience required
• Any valid, unrestricted U.S. state medical license accepted
