WSP is initiating a search for a dynamic leader to serve as Federal Environmental Remediation Program Director in WSP USA Incs (WSP) Earth and Environmental Business Line. This is a growth-focused role that encompasses strategy, business development, program/account management, oversight of project delivery, and client satisfaction.
The position will work collaboratively with operations, delivery, and strategic growth leaders, as well as with regional and national leadership, to expand WSPs Department of Defense (DoD) remediation portfolio.

Your Impact
  • Provide senior leadership, direction, and technical oversight of WSPs Federal/DOD Environmental Remediation portfolio with primary intent of delivering cost-effective, high-quality environmental solutions.
  • Represent WSP to the client with a positive, relationship-oriented, solutions-delivery approach by leveraging the depth and breadth of our environmental capabilities.
  • Expand therelationship base with DoD agencies and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and drive strategic opportunities for sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead or assist in leading pursuits of new contracts, to include development of capture plans.
  • Lead or assist in the preparation of major proposals and/or task order bids.
  • Foster relationships with partners, small businesses, and internal stakeholders to unlock collaborative opportunities.
  • Maximizesales on existing DOD remediation contracts while working with WSP Account Leads and Program Managers.
  • Interact with other federal accounts/programs as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Attend key conferences and client events to network and promote WSP brand.
  • Function as a liaison between DOD clients and internal teamsduring executionto ensureclient requirements are met and strong CPARS rating are attained.

  • Client management and satisfaction.
  • Operational governance, process adherence and quality.
Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Environmental, Civil, Sanitary, Chemical, Industrial, Agricultural, or Public Health Engineering, or closely related discipline.
  • 15+ years of Environmental Engineering experience working directly with DOD agencies with a strong understanding of federal contracting and business drivers.
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams and programs.
  • Experience leading strategy and demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and a variety of stakeholders, and in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results.
  • Exceptional knowledge and experience of servicing client needs and effective program planning and execution.
  • Strong leader, able to inspire, motivate and build teams, and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Engineering.
  • 20+ years of federal service (active and/or civilian).
  • Professional Management Professional (PMP) or other professional registration (PE or PG).
  • Strong leadership, communications, and organizational skills

Compensation
Expected Salary: $197,500- $331,320

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
