The Associate Director of Regional Marketing/Regional Marketing Leader (RML) will be responsible for engaging a core group of National, Regional, and Community External Scientific Experts (ESEs) in the field of Breast Cancer. The RML will develop and implement Regional Marketing Plans aligned with the brand strategy to influence and shape commercial success at local levels. This role reports to the Head of Customer & Disease Strategy for the US Breast Franchise and collaborates with brand marketing, field sales, medical, market access, and other teams to position the franchise as a market leader, working primarily with the Breast Oncology teams in Florida. Key Accountabilities Develop a Regional Marketing Action Plan (RMAP) aligned with brand strategy to achieve commercial success and advocate with external leaders. Engage with External Scientific Experts (ESEs). Generate insights to inform strategy. Maintain high standards of business ethics and demonstrate commercial acumen. Collaborate effectively across functions. Key Competencies Oncology business and marketing expertise Cross-functional collaboration skills Project management capabilities Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing initiatives supporting brand goals Critical thinking to generate insights for decision-making Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a relevant field At least 5 years of experience in pharma or healthcare, including managed markets, brand marketing, sales, or strategic planning Minimum of 3 years of Oncology experience Willingness to travel 50-70%, including evenings and weekends for conferences Preferred Requirements Experience in Breast Cancer Prior in-line marketing or marketing agency experience (HCP marketing) Experience working with third-party vendors and agencies MBA in a relevant field If you are ready to join us, shape the future, and work with top talent in a diverse environment, apply today!
