The Associate Director of Regional Marketing/Regional Marketing Leader (RML) is the lead commercial person responsible for engaging a core group of National, Regional, and Community External Scientific Experts (ESEs) – leaders in their field of Breast Cancer. The RML will develop and implement Regional Marketing Plans aligned with the brand strategy to influence and shape commercial success at local levels. Reporting to the Head of Customer & Disease Strategy for the US Breast Franchise, the RML will collaborate with brand marketing, field sales, medical, market access, national accounts, and other teams to position the franchise as a market leader with influential leaders. This position is field-based, working with the Breast Oncology teams in North Carolina & South Carolina. Key Responsibilities

Develop a Regional Marketing Action Plan (RMAP) aligned with brand strategy, aiming for commercial success and external leader advocacy. Engage with External Scientific Experts (ESEs). Generate insights to inform strategy. Maintain high business ethics and acumen. Collaborate internally across teams. Key Competencies

Oncology Business and Marketing Acumen Cross-functional collaboration Project management skills Ability to develop and implement regional marketing initiatives supporting brand goals Critical thinking to generate insights for decision-making Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a relevant field 5+ years of experience in pharma and/or healthcare, with experience in managed markets, brand marketing, sales, or strategic planning 3+ years of Oncology experience Willingness to travel 50-70%, including overnight, evenings, and weekends when necessary Preferred Qualifications
