Investor Relations Associate
Location · Salt Lake City, UT — Full-time, hybrid (2–3 office days/week)
We’re a brand-new, crypto-focused asset-management company headquartered
in the heart of downtown SLC—steps from award-winning restaurants, live entertainment, shady pocket parks, and the city’s financial hub where investors mingle.
It’s a location the whole team loves. You’ll be the first touchpoint for prospective and existing investors, translating our AI-driven crypto strategy into clear, compelling narratives. Working directly with the founders, you’ll build and maintain an investor pipeline, craft compliant communications, and keep our capital-raising engine running— all while ensuring every interaction stays 100 % within Reg D 506(b) guidelines
(no public solicitation, no commission-style payouts). Responsibilities
Focus Your Day-to-Day Pipeline • Research and qualify accredited prospects (family offices, HNWIs, crypto funds) • Book discovery calls and prep briefing notes for leadership Communications • Draft emails, one-pagers, FAQs, and quarterly update decks in plain English • Keep tone consistent, compliant, and on-brand Data & Reporting • Own CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce) and our cap-table tracker • Build simple Sheets/Excel dashboards showing funnel KPIs Events • Coordinate webinars, local meet-ups, and private investor briefings Compliance Liaison • Work with counsel so every slide, message, and meeting adheres to SEC/FINRA rules; flag news that could affect disclosures Qualifications
Bonus Points • Bachelor’s in Finance, Econ, Accounting, or Communications • 1–3 yrs in investor relations, equity research, or fundraising • Series 7 or 79 (or commitment to pass within 90 days—company pays exam fees) • Strong writer able to explain crypto/blockchain in two sentences • Advanced Excel/Sheets and CRM proficiency • CFA Level I+ or SQL/BI skills • Prior Reg D fundraising experience • Passion for DeFi, blockchain, or AI-driven finance • Existing network of accredited investors Additional Information
Compensation : Competitive base
($70 k – $90 k DOE)
plus a
structured monthly bonus tied to KPIs (not a % of capital raised)
and
stock-option grants —because we want teammates who believe in (and own) what they’re helping build. Benefits : Formal healthcare and 401(k) packages are in the works.
