Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
Investor Relations Manager
to cultivate new investor relationships, maintain long-term partnerships, and deliver a best-in-class experience across all investor touchpoints. You will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and capital markets teams to scale the company's fundraising capabilities, co-GP/joint venture structures, and investor communications.
This role combines
sales acumen
with
financial expertise , requiring a strong understanding of private equity structures, real estate investment strategy, and investor psychology. You will drive capital-raising initiatives, oversee investor communications, and ensure regulatory compliance while representing the company's brand in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Acquisition & Capital Raising
Develop and execute strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. Guide prospective investors from initial education to final commitment, ensuring clarity and compliance. Collaborate with leadership to structure investor offerings, syndications, and joint ventures for optimal alignment and returns. Build and lead an investor relations team, implementing CRM automation and standardized capital-raising processes.
Investor Relations & Retention
Serve as primary relationship manager for the company's investor base, ensuring consistent communication and service. Plan and deliver webinars, briefings, and portfolio updates to maintain transparency and trust. Monitor investor sentiment and feedback to enhance engagement and retention strategies.
Marketing & Outreach
Partner with marketing to create compelling investor presentations, pitch decks, and educational content. Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Leverage digital marketing, CRM tools, and social platforms to nurture leads and expand reach.
Strategic & Financial Communications
Craft investor-ready messaging, financial updates, and market positioning materials. Translate complex real estate and financial data into clear, persuasive narratives. Support preparation of fundraising materials, offering documents, and investor Q&A collateral.
Analysis, Reporting & Compliance
Track financial performance, market activity, and competitive trends to inform investor communications. Ensure all communications meet SEC and regulatory compliance standards. Maintain accurate investor records in SyndicationPro, GoHighLevel, and internal databases. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc investor reports in collaboration with finance and asset management teams.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 4+ years' experience in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, financial sales, or investment banking. Proven ability to build trust and close high-value investor relationships. Strong knowledge of real estate investment structures, syndications, and SEC compliance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across diverse investor audiences.
Preferred
MBA, CFA, CPA, or FMVA certification. Experience with SyndicationPro, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Familiarity with financial modeling and performance analysis in private equity. Track record in co-GP or joint venture fundraising.
