Litigation Attorney
with experience handling bodily injury cases to join its Fort Lauderdale office. This role involves managing a full caseload from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal. The firm represents a range of high-profile clients in complex litigation and offers a collaborative, hybrid work environment. This position is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation skills who is looking for case ownership and courtroom exposure. Location: Duties: Manage bodily injury and related insurance defense litigation matters Conduct pre-suit investigations and develop trial strategies Attend court proceedings, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Prepare and summarize reports for litigation events and case evaluations Communicate with clients and opposing counsel regarding case status and strategy Collaborate with internal legal teams to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Requirements: Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in bodily injury, personal injury, or medical malpractice Experience as an Assistant State Attorney or Assistant Public Defender also considered Strong knowledge of Florida state and local litigation rules and procedures Ability to manage multiple complex cases in a fast-paced legal environment Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications: Active license to practice law in the State of Florida Member in good standing with the Florida Bar Skills: Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Strong understanding of litigation management software and document storage systems Proficiency in handling electronically stored case files Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with litigation teams Potential incentive bonus up to 24% of base salary 401(k) plan with up to 7% employer contribution Health, dental, and vision insurance with majority of premium paid Paid time off up to 20 days annually, plus holidays and additional leave (parental, bereavement, life leave, service days) Fertility, IVF, and adoption assistance programs Tuition assistance and professional development support Telemedicine access and 24/7 mental health support Financial wellness coaching, workshops, and access to credit union services Matching gift and volunteer support programs Company info BCG Attorney Search 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900 Miami Florida United States 33131 Phone :
