$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr The Lateral Recruiting Manager will oversee the recruitment process for all lateral hires firmwide, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with expertise in the legal landscape and a passion for talent acquisition. This opportunity is with a well-established law firm known for its commitment to excellence and attracting top-tier talent. Description Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral hires, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Maintain and build relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry contacts to expand talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes. Provide guidance to practice group leaders on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection. Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative recruitment techniques. Profile A successful Lateral Recruiting Manager should have: Bachelor's degree (required). Minimum of 8 years experience in recruitment within the legal industry (required). Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Workday preferred). Ability to work hybrid in Washington, DC. Job Offer Competitive base salary between $150,000 and $170,000 annually. Robust benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
