What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead and support strategy engagements focused on front-office transformation including growth strategy and customer experience - Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate market opportunities and competitive dynamics - Design and facilitate working sessions with client executives, aligning stakeholders around strategy and execution plans - Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators to build a scalable strategy offering - Stay flexible and entrepreneurial, pivoting quickly across industries and topics based on client demand
What is Required (Qualifications): - 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or innovation role at a leading consulting firm - Strong understanding of front-office functions such as marketing, sales, and customer experience - Experience supporting or leading pipeline and offering development, including shaping proposals and building thought leadership - Proven ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems and build clear, actionable strategies - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience leading or supporting strategic engagements across multiple industries, especially in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Consumer Products - Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills - Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Miro/Mural, and collaborative design tools
